In August 2010
In August 2010 Brenntag globally completed the acquisition of EAC and EAC BD Limited become as 100% owned subsidiary of Brenntag.
From 2010 to 2025
Brenntag BD Ltd successfully become a TRUSTED PARTNER in Bangladesh by offering global sourcing at competitive price, well maintained compliance and offering a wider range of chemical in a form of Full line chemical distributor.
In May 2025
In May 2025, as part of a local Management buy-out, Brenntag has handed over its legal ownership to Benchem Limited and appointed as an exclusive sub-distributor and agent and in Bangladesh marking. The new entity is now committed to bringing in faster service time, solution-based product sourcing and utilizing the local know-how accumulated over decades of service to 300+ B2B local customers and partners.
